Random fact. The guy he's in that video with is the best Mortal Kombat and Injustice player on the planet...by a lot.

Rick signed him to his esports team a few months ago.

Hasn't he made like 200 stacks off MK and Injustice tournies in less than 5 years :wow:

It's funny too because the reason no one can beat him is because netherrealm has no idea how to make balanced fighters. :pachaha:

idk anythin about fighting games or mortal kombat, but what stops people from picking the same fighter or another imbalanced fighter?

Games that are a lot more balanced become more of a crapshoot for everyone involved and it opens up possibilities for upsets because of matchups and such. Those games (SF specifically, smash is starting to get there also) usually have more money in the pot and more participants.

Netherrealm games (MK/Injustice) have less competition, and the games are DOMINATED by an elite few. People don't even want to learn how to play them after awhile because they know it's futile, there's no point of putting money on the line for a game that has less prize money and have dudes that are legendary at the game. That's not to talk trash about Fox tho he's the best at the games, but part of what makes him the best is that he's shameless. The games are broken almost by design and he usually finds the most broken fighter and becomes the best at them. A lot of the top players have too much pride for that, and he's a young guy so he doesn't play with an antiquated style that some people play with due to playing so long over the years.

In summary, nothing is stopping them from picking the same fighter or another imbalanced fighter, but after awhile when someone dominates like this kid does the competition begins to thin out and the life cycle of games aren't long enough for everyone to adapt. He's like LeBron playing in the Eastern Conference.

That's unfair to Fox, he's just a beast, nothing about using broken characters. I follow the scene very casually as the matches pop up on my YouTube feed.

With Injustice 2 just out he's initially beasted with top/mid tier characters like Black Adam, Cap Cold, Deadshot (:gag:) and now he's fukking dudes up with lower tier characters like Joker and Red Hood.

He did similar with MK, for whatever reason he's a gawd with the NetherRealm games.

He's so good that v he had a damn achievement/trophy named after him :wow:, Fox trap (?) where you finish your opponent with Erron Black's nail trap things.

Sonic Fox is just absurdly good. I'd rock the furry if I had him on my E-sports team, too.
