Like I’ve been saying, pricing is everything.

Rich rappers are too focused on return on investment, that’s for people who have alternatives between different investments.

They wanna make 300-600k+ per show or they don’t do it. They could do arenas and make 100k for their fans instead. Look at 50 cent with his 30-50 dollar shows.

Even a dudes like Lil Baby and Durk were tryna charge people 100+ for the worst seats in small towns.

Everyone wants to be Drake, Kendrick, or Cole or Jay, ‘Em and Kanye. But they don’t wanna realize that those dudes been increasing the price from nothing to what they charge today of sold out shows. And their goal is always to sell out shows. I believe Jay once had dynamic pricing so like if only 80% was sold at expensive prices, then the 20% would go for like 10 bucks. They hate to see the grind.

They don't exactly share the same audience. They have songs together, but none of them really were that big of a deal except "9 Piece". T.I. would have a better chance of selling out an arena by himself. Clearly, he's the bigger crossover draw. Rick Ross never had that. Until Port of Miami went platinum a few years ago, he never had a platinum album. T.I. has like five of them by himself. T.I. could easily do a set of hit songs where its just him on both the bars and the hooks. Most Rick Ross songs have someone else on the hook.
yeah that port of miami album was cool but was formulaic with the r&b singers on every hook.
