BTW, in my lifetime I had the opportunity to go into the Miami Beach 5th St gym before the building was demolished. I met world champs Claude Noel and jogged on the beach with Alexis Arguello a few times early morning before doing my construction laborer job.
The world class fighters used to come into my buddy's Dr. Kahn's health food store at 7th and Washington. He taught me a lot about nutrition and good health. When I moved back north he sent two boxes of health books when he closed his store.
