We're at the point now where if a soon-to-be father of a boy says openly: "All I want is a healthy boy and for him to grow up and be a masculine young man.", and get shamed for it.

We tolerate it because too many black people want a pat on the head from white people and to be told that they are equal and of value. Being accepted by white people is more important than having pride in being black.
