Because whenever white people get involved with our matters they lack an understanding and end up overreacting hence the 94 crime bill. They end up creating something under the guise of helping the black community but it only ended up hurting us in the grand scheme of things.

It also plays into that racist ass narrative that black folks need saving from each other because "black on black crime is more of a problem than white supremacy"
