I went to google, but Google is no help. It's a closed casting call for people with agents only. Online, you have to be a member on the site "casting networks los angeles" for $14.99 to see the list of roles.
Some people took screenshots of the google links. I tried typing them in, they only worked on the first page.
Other sites have tried as well.

It says all ethnicities though. They could mean style of clothes. Usually extras wear their own clothes. At least on Empire they do."European look"

The only thing I claimed was mine is a source. It's not uncommon for a person to know at least one person who lives in L.A. & aspires to be an actor/actress or another entertainer and has an agent. That person is my source for this situation. They (and probably hundreds of other aspiring actors in la) said they got the casting call from their agent and I'm wating for a reply.
Oh and people do care about it which is why it's all over the interent, lots of people have viewed the thread and many other gossip threads that people including myself make on here. People care, you even care b/c you frequently come in my threads like this and other people's featured gossip threads being negative.
