I moved away from Philly but there are definitely safe neighborhoods in Philly.

I lived in Penrose/Eastwick and this wasn't happening around there but of course the bad parts of South West Philly was just driving distance away.

Yeah unfortunately. We have some safe neighborhoods, northern liberties and center city is nice.. but generally any place that isn't a white neighborhood, which is like 90% of them, will have a high degree of violence and fukkery. Hell nikkas get shot on the strip of girard and broad all the time even though there's tons of traffic and people
