He always looked old. He did a episode of Columbo in the 70’s and looked like he was in his fifties then too. It made him seem ageless

My first introduction to him was through Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker. He voiced the older, retired, but obviously still psychologically tortured Tim Drake in that movie.
