Nah he definitely wasn't set up, the circumstances were kinda crazy though because this stemmed from an altercation like less than a month prior in Atlanta.
It was just purely coincidence that they ran into each other again in LA, unfortunately sometimes when it's written it's written. Nobody else even wanted to go to PF Changs that day but Dolla insisted, if they woulda went to Chik Filet like Scrapp and Shabazz were originally headed to they woulda never even ran into dude. Sad situation. RIP Dolla.
