Why does anyone crack? Everybody has a limit. Imagine working your ass off and holding it down thinking you're going to get that big promotion you've been praying for, then suddenly being passed over for some reason. He left work immediately after being told why (the reason is still unclear) saying he felt sick, but not before telling coworkers he was upset, and was never seen again. I don't know why you think he should've been accustomed to that type of shyt. This could've easily been his breaking point.
