RIVE Looks Explosive in its New Trailer

A new trailer has been released for the upcoming PS4, Wii U, Xbox One and PC 2D shooter RIVE.
The trailer shows off the lightning fast and diverse game-play and flaunts some of the features that will be in the game, such as the ability to hack robots and use them to do your bidding. Two Tribes definitely seems to be cooking up something unique; the speed of the game looks wicked. RIVE will be releasing sometime this year, although no fixed release date has been revealed.

Next Gen is a great opportunity to create some incredible shooters With psn arcade. Games like dead nation alien nation are a great start.

I wish a company would get dedicated to reviving games like gradius and rtype. there is a void for space shooters I loved rtype on ps2.

YES! and Resogun was pretty dope for this gen too while we're talking about these shooters

resogun seemed like a demo to me. Resogun which I copped seemed like a segment of a Konami shooter. Like that would have been 1 stage in a shooter campaign. Or a mini Boss battle concept. An entire game of that I got bored. I liked geometry wars 3 more but still we haven't got a shooter campaign yet With a traditional shooter campaign for next gen. I think them geometry war dudes could make something nice with their use of dimensional planes
