I am not sure of CT Fletcher never came across that name before but i am a big Rizza Islam fan, he is too precise with it lol.
So yeah on the second watch, I noticed the caption not just the face. So it's him. He's the bald brotha with the beard. He's was a 3 time world champion bench presser also he's a personal trainer and former bodybuilder and power lifter. I think he had a stroke or heart attack in the past recent years. I can't remember the details exactly. He's also known for his in-your-face, loud, gritty, foul-mouth coaching and motivational style.

He had a heart transplant. Took him about a year and some change to recover but he’s back to cussing out you pussies afraid of moving a little weight. glad i have never been to Snap City
i prefer this mans energy pause over David Goggins maybe its because David comes off a little

I like David too, but CT just comes off more relatable like you could have a good time with him. David just comes off a bit too edgy for my tastes.

i can sense that over David a little bit I think its his Joe Rogan interview i guess i dont listen to Joe Rogan so anybody Black on his platform after all that scandal is suspect. Even though it was very inspirational and a sad story.
