All that money being thrown around and not a single black man on the floor:francis:
It's funny I always see CNBC use this breh in their stock photo for a lot of their pictures of wall street:

He just mad that it took him 30yrs of grinding just to get to some comic book movies to check a bag that some 26yr old was pulling back then.

He definitely got told “Get the fukk off my boat” by some Wallstreet player. :heh:
RDJ was a movie star with multiple critically acclaimed films under his belt when this video was made.

He wasn’t pulling in Tony Starks money yet, but he was a known commodity, and definitely had more clout than some dipshyt trader on the floor of Wall Street.

I hate to be the one to explicitly explain a hyperbole or joke, but you completely, 100% missed his reference here.

Like if you were an arrow and his reference was a target, you would've landed in the next county over. :pachaha:

He is referring to the main line in the "Wall street" film franchise. A line which was eloquently spoken by Michael Douglas . The film took place in that era and the movie had the same retro vibe as RDJ's interview.

I didn’t say he wasn’t but he was wasn’t a star. He wasn’t A list. He wasn’t casted in starring roles. So if I can’t compare his actual career at the time to being a leading man that he is now, don’t try to compare who he was then to the fresh off a series license broker. Because I was referring to the Gordon Gecko types of the time. The borderline billionaires.

Yes with his mother and father both being in Hollywood he was defo a broke struggling actor at that point :dead:

No need to quote me if you just gonna make up what I said. RDJ was not a leading man in any roles until Marvel. He was a side character at best before he fell into obscurity for 20yrs then resurfaced. You fakkits acting like he was Tom Cruise. Imagine Tom Cruise even agreeing to do a video like that. :mjlol: That’s the point.
