if u recall ross attempted to sign both wiz and spitta when he first got his label. i thnk this is him trying to fill that lane. rockie isn't as good an artist as either but he makes good songs and he's still pretty young.
yeah, rockie didn't release his first project until he was 19 (2009). my manager at work went to high school with him and rockie didnt rap till his senior year. hes got time.
