Haven’t been to BR, I love NOLA.

Great food, music and vibes :wow: . I wouldn’t live there though. Home insurance is insane and the politicians seem incompetent.

I've lived in BR and worked in N.O. New Orleans has more to do, better food and more culture however, I would prefer living in BR.

New Orleans by far. Not even the club and party culture aspect because I don’t go out that much, but New Orleans has nicer suburbs. Baton Rouge’s economy is about to take a hit now that St. George voted to incorporate. The education systems are better (more higher ed options in NOLA), and I think NOLA has impeccable culture (museums, parks, squares, food, etc)

Cruisin’
BR seems like a fine city. But outside of LSU, it doesn’t seem like there’s all that much. There’s older historic neighborhoods with nice classic Louisiana housing, but I been exploring BR even before this thread was made, and it seems like BR doesn’t have too much outside of LSU. Downtown seems ok. Compared to NO where’s there’s hella historic neighborhoods, walkable neighborhoods, streetcar neighborhoods, districts, professional sports, etc
