So how does buying property work? Sounds like i would have to be with the same league of 16 in the world we created to keep property. My purchases would not carryover to another league of 16 right? So i would have to or be able to participate in multiple leagues of 16...

I think you'll have a personalized room that you buy in an apartment complex. It carries over to every match

It's stating that "From launch" (notice the comma) anywhere from 1 to 16 players can get together online to engage in everything from etc etc. They use the colon to indicate they are about to list the activities that the 16 players can engage in at launch.
