He's actually right about this. The defense messed up so much, they had to come to him with PROBATION for murder and all the other charges.
If he finishes the trial, and they find him guilty, it automatically goes to appeal for all the fugazi stuff they pulled. And that's if the judge didn't go through with a mistrial.
