because i was there. i dont need a video.
there was no bad blood. they even did a pre-match interview together, literally seconds before their match.
things got heated during the interview, then they immediately went out and westled right afterwards. then they hugged it out in the ring after the match.
thats not a feud.
its not like nowadays where every match on PPV has some sort of storyline attached to it.
50-60% of PPV matches back in the day, didnt have feuds attached to them.

Seriously, this was a match that was put together so the Mountie wouldn't lose to Bret and they put together a storyline saying that Bret had gotten sick to make it work.
If anything it should be considered GOAT booking on the fly along with GOAT mic work. Bret and Roddy made it seem important because of their before match interviews.

A very underrated IC title match. Bret and Piper brought their A game to the table in this one. Idk if I'd consider it a feud though.
