It's pretty much a 100% lock that Goodell will uphold the suspension. Then it is off to court.
This fakkit Brady can get away with anything.

Appeal ? Why didnt Tom just cooperate to begin with 
Brady will not take it. This is going to the courts. Goodell hearing the appeal is just a formality, this was always going to the courts. Wether the courts hear the case or overturn the suspension who knows.
you know how long that's going to take? season will be half way done by the time it gets to court.
Same process for Adrian peterson was 107 days. So last week of August. And Ray Rice's appeal process was around 75 days(can't find the link so not a hundred percent on Rice).
What's the point of this now? Kraft and Goodell are pretty much at war right now.
