NJPW been carrying them for a couple years now. They used to replenish their roster once people bounced but the main thing was they always had pretty good booking. Investing in people like Matt Taven and shyt or Dalton Castle and "the boys" lol. Stop.
I like some guys like PCO and Marty but everyone expecting Marty gonna sign with AEW anyway. Right now Impact and MLW are much better than ROH.

Sinclair had a chance to really do something with ROH, and they dropped the ball.

Speaking of I watched a TNA show from 2007 the other night and he's been doing the "these young flippy punks are so small and don't how ta WERK" old man yells at cloud gimmick almost 15 years ago now, longer than his time as a Dudley, and now is one of the bookers for the promotion that brought flippy shyt to the mainstream in US wrestling.
Right now, ROH has no major stars exclusive to them, and nothing about the product is unique to the point where you can only get it from them.
At this point, for most people, NXT is a better ROH than ROH is.
