Hogan was definitely involved somehow in the first 9 main events whether he had a match or not and 18 Hogan vs Rock was technically the real main event.
Nonetheless, that record won't really have Roman surpassing Cena, Austin, Rock, or Hogan in the eyes of fans or historians so I don't get the anger.

Damn, Roman's superpush has actually surpassed the Cena superpush. Even though everyone knew Cena was the guy from like 2006 to like 2014, they still kind of presented Orton/Batista/Edge/HHH as equals.
