Yeah Rivera on some bullshyt talking bout players shouldn't have to do post games after L's we missed out on too much dope soundbites if we never had it. Not even sure why Rivera played that card that shyt had died out.

Dudes want to be entertainers when they're up, that's what it comes down to.

Like the game should change for Cam Newton, you gotta protect him to that level Ron?

The marketing and media coverage of the NFL is what help makes it so big, that's a part of the machine. But more importantly, it does seem like Rivera is too soft on the guy

Entire organization comes off as front runners.

Cam, Rivera, Norman.

Pay guys hundreds of millions of dollars and think a few questions after a game is "unfair" or "harsh" brehs

That's what it is, everyone always knew that, but it just seems more and more obvious with all this talk.

Great point in the article was how Cam walked off because he heard a Bronco talking trash, this dude is celebrating every second he gets in another teams face. But when it's on him, it's Eor Newton

Dudes remind me of those Heat teams who just loved to show out when they were beating some scrubs by 30

Lol oh please. There's nothing to be gained by calling out his quarterback. Talk about a non controversy.

He don't need to call out anyone, he needs to shut the fukk up and keep it moving.

Learn from a dude like Belichik, "we're focused on 2016 and improving this team" shyt. Instead of bemoaning your biggest failure. I saw the other day he was talking about 2nd guessing his curfew, he should've went easier on the guys

I got a feeling this was a fleeting moment of greatness for Rivera, don't see him carrying the organization for a decade or anything

They asked him a question. He answered it. He defended his franchise player instead of throwing him under the bus. Shut up.

The answer is indicative of how he treats Newton.

So it's not really like the answer so much is the problem, the reality is they make excuses for this man and coddle him. Doesn't usually end well.

And what good does it do for him to shyt on his franchise player to the media? Rivera has already stated that he didn't like how Cam handled the press conference and had a talk to him about, to the point he gave the media an exit interview to explain himself, when he's never done an exit interview in five seasons he's played in Carolina.

On one hand, The Coli gets mad at Jay Gruden for how he did RG3 to media; Rivera stands up for his player, now he's coddling his QB. GTFOH
