Not sure if glitch but in Rooftop Rumble, if you kill every enemy and hold the package for at least 15 minutes, you'll get 22,000.
That's when your playing by yourself.
With two or more people you can earn between 27,000 to 29,000 doing the same thing.
Just make sure you get the package first because most people will try to end the mission quickly.
What I do is after making sure all the enemies is killed, I go to the military base and jack an airplane, then fly over to the drop-off and parachute, It probably takes around 20 minutes to reach the ground after you parachute from the highest elevation so I let it chill while I go do some other shyt then come back and dive when 15 min is over.
