Johnny Manziel runs a 4.6 ; how in lord's name does he have 96 speed? I'd be partial to accepting 92 acceleration to make up for his great agility and cone times, but 96 times is excessive and I doubt teams will allow Manziel to run like that in the NFL.

Edit: The ratings are MUT ratings, meaning fantasy and fake. Whew.
