Never listened to an episode but they’ve done shockingly well for themselves. Have always found it funny that someone would want to listen to the Rory and Mal show in the first place but hey DJ Akademiks has tons of fans so the bar is very low.
As far as this thread goes there’s a million podcasts and YouTube shows out there. If you can’t find one you like that’s on you.

Rory put me off when he made Joe Budden back down when Joe Budden said Mase is one of the dopest ever and Harlem World is a classic.

Rory made them pull out the tracklist, and they disputed every last joint and Joe laughed it off like yeah you're right. I find that particularly harsh I've known wh1te guys who hated anything mainstream back in the hiphop's heydays so that was BadBoy and their artist. One guy I bought a Mase CD off said I don't listen to pop to mock me a wh1te dude. He was a Busta Rhymes fan lol but back then there was a 'hiphop card revoked' paranoia from wh1te fans back then. They didn't even mess with Eminem until much later the fear was that strong.
