Yeh it's a weird dynamic because its seems like everyone has a dog but at the same time they dont give a fukk about them so theres soooo many strays
The dogs get treated like community dogs, I've seen dogs go from shop to shop, house to house getting food. But in worse case they just are ignored and the dogs I've seen on the street don't even be vicious, it's like they just accepted being at the bottom of the caste system. Those dogs be looking depressed as fukk.
The most they would while sulking on the ground is just lookup at you with those sad eyes and just go back to sulking. They don't even try to banter with you.
