@NormanConnors This intro started with great energy loved the intro. That Snare/Clave Combination until 41 seconds in was dope, The kick hit but the part of the pattern where the layered kick didn't wasn't used made the kick feel weaker then it was originally. The snare choice after 41 seconds didn't fit, I see what you were going for with the change, It probably would have the intended effect if you take that snare/clave combo and just layer something light on top of it.
Good battle to the both of you.

I liked both, but Cory took this one. shyt was just too clean and the melody, instruments, etc was just hitting.

As with ALL the beats so far this round these are VERY dope. @901Cory10 has ALWAYS had clean dope ass beats. One of the best mixers on here. I always call him the Dr. Dre of the coli. Now @NormanConnors is my D town homie and he is ALWAYS game and very versatile. Cory's beat structure and sounds are techically flawless and he's another one who is going to be a MAJOR problem throughout this thing this round though I'm going to go with @NormanConnors for the creativity and execution of his beat. Been banging this in the ride around the city for the last couple of days.

@901Cory10 Damn that mix is clean as f**k, breh... Love the instrumentation throughout. Great composition overall. You're one of my favorite producers on here and this beat did not disappoint.
@NormanConnors track was cool as hell. Sample reminded me of Shinobi from Sega Genesis. I would've chosen some different drums and maybe programmed them a bit differently, but other than that, the beat was solid.

Both beats dope. Went with Cory. Norman’s beat was dope and kind of mesmerizing but Corys had a little more “oomph”

good ear mane...that type chords hits i would normally do with a organ/choir blend but i found a synth patch while doing this track taht just sounded better in the moment
