both beats are dope this is hard but i feel like california pulled ahead just a little in this one but its so close...

I liked both beats. Both did the trap style justice by having slower laidback versions instead of the epic hyped shyt you used to hearing.

I think California took it by a hair. Overall beat and melody was nice. I like how it changed up and just progressed throughout the duration. It could have been a lil smoother in certain spots but that's it.

I liked the tempo to 1986's beat but it just needed a lil more to it. It reminded me of Wasted by Gucci Mane for some reason.



I'm still waiting for someone to unleash a epic style trap beat though with all the horns and bass and hype shyt.

Both beats are hot and sound so clean...

It's hard to decide...I am going with California, because he had more variety in the sequencing, with the changing patterns and switches, and the piano melodies...

But dope beats all around...1986 could of easily been my choice too...

What Orchestral sounds (VST instruments, synths and etc) did you guys use...? I looking to purchase a good Orchestral and Strings VST, please give me some recommendations...
