If I remember used the claps from the DMX kits.
All those kits come on the MPC LIVE right out the box.
I merged the DMX clap with a clap from the Roland 505 kit.

Track is better technically. But this one had the better sample.
Got damn DJ had that fire sample. He took it for me. O beat was dope. Great 80's vibe, but I felt it needed more too it. DJ beat sounding more complete. Its not as loud as the others so he def improving.

This shyt was very hard to choose from, had to spin them both back repeatedly.
I had to go with O-Fenomino for this one though, that mixdown was super fukking clean. I fukk with that 80s funk as well and am impressed you managed to nail the sound selection and the right melody to fit that vibe. Them sliding bassnotes just hit perfectly. Super balanced, super crisp mix.
Dj's track again, super well mixed, samples dope ... I can't really say anything bad about the track, its crisp and balanced. Dope drum work, that snare really hits and love the background percs.
Man both of these tracks were perfect really Im just going with the more unique and left field vibe.

I voted for DJ Mart his shyt was more hip hop to me. Both beats was dope. O beat was hard but I like more as a funk type instrumental as opposed to a hip hop beat.
