Rudy is like the LMA of the small forwards but ironically his role is nowhere near the same. He isn't necessarily NEEDED there like LMA is to the Blazers.

I'd offer Okafor + Singleton or Velsey + Crawford and a 2013 2nd round pick for Gay. Memphis most likely declines though. Not like they need another big man who makes a lot of $$$... they're looking for a wing who makes less than Rudy and another shooter.
