The plan was always to make it an MMO. They knew the 360 wasn't a good place for a MMO, and since the new systems was right around the corner. Makes sense

Theres probably more people playing League of Legends and DOTA 2 world wide combined right now than all consoles population playing past gen and new gen right now combined

But no one cares about PC gaming

Theres more people WATCHING people playing League of Legends RIGHT NOW than people playing Call of duty ghosts

But PC gaming is dying

Just 2 years ago World of Warcraft had 12 MILLION PEOPLE PAYING $15 A MONTH TO PLAY IT

Who the hell is talking about PC gaming even the post on the Coli the majority are either PS or 360 the damn wii has more post than PC gaming....I don't recall any body at work or at school talking about PC gaming... There are a lot of closed in sheltered nerds and geeks who play PC. So I'm assuming the reason we don't think PC is popular is because most of us don't know a gang of people that use it. shyt where so y'all even buy games? exactly Steam can be used right now on PCs. making a Steam box does nothing really because of that fact. The kinda people into Steam and PC gaming would probably rather build their own rigs than buy a pre-made one.

Call of Duty Ghosts last night had 10-20,000 players on it for xbox1 thats the most popular game for xbox1

League of Legends at the same time had 100,000 people watching other people play it..

DOTA 2 at the same time had 230,000 people playing it

but dont let me come in here with logic, common sense and actual numbers and facts

You've only named the now popular FPS games that made the switch to consoles.

I'm pretty sure Mario, Zelda, Donkey Kong, Final Fantasy, Ninja Gaiden, Devil May Cry, Uncharted, God of War, Street Fighter, Tekken, Virtua Fighter, Infamous, Resident Evil, etc. weren't on the PC first. I mean, unless you talking about PCs being used to create them.

The other reality of the matter is those other games you mentioned, the CODs, Halos and whatnot, become MORE popular when they made their console debuts. Not to say they weren't popular or known of when they were only on the pcs.

it doesn't matter where they started. what matters is where the most success for them came. what's Call of Duty selling the most copies on? PCs or consoles?

also how long do you think it'll take before proper PS3 and PS4 emulators are available on PCs? Emulators are usually a generation or two behind consoles.
