Someone will come in and say "You can use a controller on the PC if you want" but they arent taking into effect that if you are using a controller and everyone else is using a KB/M you will be at a serious disadvantage. They always leave out that everyone else will still be using KB/M.

I use a controller on my PC and I feel like I do fine . The steam controller will close the gap though

haha yeah. i would get my ass whooped in fps when using a gamepad. that's why i like the concept of the steam controller. it's supposed work exactly like a kb/m. maybe they just need to drop off the rest of the console and just sell the controller for the pc.

i figured you had to grab the whole package. what's the price point on just the controller? you can't find a gamepad that'll be as accurate as that one. i could build a steambox like pc. maybe this will make me get more into pc gaming.

There's a highly skilled player that actually plays SC2 with a pad. Of course, that's partially just him. But I think, if you willing to put in the work (like a pad fighter player, learning to play with a stick), I think you'll be able to play RTSs on this controller.

Console players like console games. Ive yet to see anyone post some PC exclusive games that will cause Uncharted, Halo, Gears, God of War, etc.. fans to switch over to PC. Yall PC heads talk about everything except exclusive games.

I'm a fan of Uncharted and Halo. They were great.

But I've been playing League of Legends for almost 4 years now. Easily one of the greatest games of all time.

FYI, League of Legends is a PC Exclusive.
