Rock himself even thanked that nikka for laying down for him when he went for the pin. So I dont know why some of you want to continue your Rock slander agenda, Dude was gracious to the guy and still worked with him. Rock is in part a reason why Punk had a reign for as long as he did. Thats a fact.
Blame WWE for dropping the ball for Punks booking while he as champ. Not main eventing PPVs was the biggest travesty if you ask me. Not some matches with some all time greats that he didn't win. It wasn't going to change his stature and position in the company even if he won. Yall nikkas cling onto this "Part timers and old guys shouldn't go over young guys shyt" in this scripted business way too much.
Regardless of what you think. Punk is etched in the history books with a 434 day reign. Thats huge. He has a shyt ton of moments, reigns, matches and promos. Dude career was good but people (including Punk at times) swear up and down that him losing to guys like Brock/Taker/Rock was the end of the world.
