1) Dude didn't even give a working definition of 'complex' so that means ANYTHING can be defined as complex...

2) What is the context of this discussion? For a high schooler maybe hip hop is 'complex' for somebody with multiple degrees would it still be?

There are rock songs that tell a lot with just using a few words, while there are rap songs that use a lot of words but the message boils down to "I am better than you"...
