Bron never went to Kobe's funeral but acted like he did btw :mjpls:

as time passes, people are gonna realize just how much of a weirdo he is

The NBA version of Drake

I think that's really the reason SAS keeps shytting on Bron on podcasts. SAS got so much vitriol and had to fall back over him stating the truth concerning that issue. Even after Pablo exposed it SAS kept quiet, probably because his bosses told him to. He had 100 media outlets shytting on him because "The LA Times confirmed Bron was there" ignoring the LA Times themselves redacted it in real time.

"whats wrong with that?" - Dumbass, obtuse Bron fans.

I realized Bron was a phony when I sat back and realized he's never once come out to speak about how his fans ridicule Kobe.

AI would never. T-Mac would never. Jordan would never. Dirk, KG, Paul Pierce, Wade, Durant, Kyrie, and them would never.

We know Bron goofy ass has people reviewing everything on the internet that's attached to him.

That's when I realized his ass doesn't like Bean or Jordan but, he's just passive aggressive about it.

Two things can be true : Bron fake and Russ was making terrible decisions on the court

He should have confronted him though but also get a hint Bodie

I also think this book and the overall moves with Luka and Bron sitting out means the Lakers and Lebron might be ready to move on from each other within the next year.

Low-key I think a lot of players are scared of LeBron and the machine of Klutch. Even though LeBron is old as fukk, he is still the NBA’s golden child and they still bend over backwards for him and do whatever he says.

Russ knows he’s not at that level and has to go along to get along.

You’re 100% about the new Lake ownership being ready to part with LeBron. They handed the keys to Luka and pretty much told LeBron and Klutch we’ll take it from here…:heh:

And to be real, it’s time for a change because the LeBron lakers era has been lackluster even with him doing historical shyt with the scoring title and playing alongside his son. The new ownership is about winning and will stop at no cost to do so. Look at how they are handling the Dodgers.

I’m telling y’all LeBron is going to need to seek some kind of therapy post retirement. He doesn’t know what its like to not like to be the man since fukking junior high school. :russ:

i’m sorry, are we really letting Russell Westbrook be the barometer for how good of a teammate another superstar is?

Nothing against Westbrook, mind you, but the dude is known for having a short fuse and he does not tolerate any sort of perceived “divaness” from his teammates. it’s the same dude who would bark on Kevin Durant for not moving whenever the ball was not in his hands in OKC, would yell at the Houston Rockets staff whenever they delayed film sessions for James Harden (his friend mind you) and will yell and taunt opposing players when he makes the most simple of plays out of pure competitive spirit.

it wouldn’t surprise me that he would take umbrage at being in a LeBron lead locker room, but I don’t think that’s a major indictment against LeBron.
Almost all of Russ' former teammates have said he's a stand-up guy.

"He’s one of the best teammates I’ve ever had," Reaves said. "As a person, you can’t get much better. I got COVID in December of my rookie year in Minnesota, and I was stuck there for like seven days. It was rough, but he reached out like three or four times, asked me if I needed anything, offered to send me stuff, whatever I needed. So as a person, you couldn’t get better. And same as a teammate. He was always empowering everybody to really be better and do better. Like you said, he gets a bad rap, and I don’t really understand why."

“As a leader. As a player. As a father. As a man. Like, he’s the best teammate probably I’ve ever had, and just in terms of leadership, probably one of the best leaders I’ve been around. Because he holds himself accountable. He holds himself to a certain standard.”

"I was with him with the Lakers… probably one of the best teammates I had," Monk told reporters after practice Thursday. "It’s always good to have him around."

"One thing with Russ is that he had a special relationship with everybody on the team," George said on his podcast. "He would have a conversation with Steve-o (Steven Adams) about New Zealand stuff, rugby, and then he'll have a conversation with me about fishing, then he'll have a conversation with Jerami Grant on anime. He just had a connection with everybody on the team where [once] you get on the floor, it was chemistry. 'This dude really knows me, he really rocking with me. Hell yeah, I wanna play for him, I'm bought in.'
"I thought that was really special. I've never seen that. Usually the star players, they're not a$$holes, but they have a special relationship with three or four guys, and the rest is just like, 'Oh yeah, that's my teammate.' Russ was like... everybody was his boy. It was dope, it was the craziest thing I've witnessed... But talk about leadership, Russ was a leader, man."

“One of the best teammates I’ve ever had,” Mann said. “Brought intensity on and off the court. It’s great to be around him… I know he’s gonna be super excited, so it’s gonna be a fun one.”
“I’ve known Russ for a long time,” Powell added. “… He’s been a great mentor, leader… Like T-Mann said, he’s gonna be hyped up and wanting to get a little bit of revenge. He always has that chip on his shoulder… But it’s all love. Excited to see him again.”
