I'm talking about this season. He's not going to look good on a bad team because they'll just keep losing which will make him look worse if he wants to keep playing.

Taking over a good team, making the playoffs, and maybe winning a game or two is his only path to continue his career.

Can't compare him to Flacco. White veteran QB's are going to get more chances.
