Deathrow, hands down.

Ruthless was cool and all, you missed Uncle Sams Curse which I think is a classic westcoast album......it just isn't quite the same as Deathrow. I don't listen to any of those ruthless albums half as much as the Deathrow albums. That's what I am basing my personal opinion/comments on.
