ATL, but rasied in DMV
Anybody here ever think about living in an RV or Van. Or do any of you own one of these, and still kept you're home. I thought about financing one, but first they're so expensive, and second I found it too hard to even talk to these racist who be running these RV lots in the Atlanta metro. The very last time I went to one, this redneck wouldn't even come out and talk to this brother. The brother and I both left. This was about 10 years ago, and I haven't been RV hunting since.

Anyway, with this crazy weather, and me still not being able to chose a place in this country that have anything to offer for more than a minute, I've again considered getting one of these RVs', so I'll be able to live or go where I want. I still plan on keeping my home for now, even though I sometimes think about selling it, and buying one of these in full so I won't have a monthly payment. I'm getting older and older, and I don't wanna begin losing my desire to travel, and to do other things that I've been putting off for years for whatever reason.

Do anybody here have experience with an RV or Van. What are your pros and cons. Did you find it better owning or renting? Did you find it to be a lot more expensive having one, or less expensive?

Single, no kids, and can work remotely ..... I would do it and travel like a mofo while spots are not up to full speed with tourists.
If you can keep your home that'll be a good fall back for when you need some down time.
I really like the smaller class B because you can pretty much go anywhere with them without attracting attention.
The bigger RV's will not have too many options for parking outside of truck stops and RV recreational locations. Don't even try to maneuver around cities in them joints.
The technology in them big RV are making them go along the lines of owning a boat or plane. Meaning, they'll cost you even when not being used.

Outdoorsy is a good app for renting from owners for decent prices

I gave up on the idea of owning one because my new pleasure is island hoping in the Caribbean
