"Trent Richardson is the worst running back of all time."

Tell us how you really feel, Ryan Clark.

During a segment on ESPN's First Take, the retired NFL safety went off on the former No. 3 pick out of Alabama after Richardson was cut by the Oakland Raiders.

"I can't believe they gave him $600,000 guaranteed," said Clark. "And they gave it to him to go away!"

Clark also added that Pittsburgh Steelers coach Mike Tomlin foretold Richardson's fate before the 2012 NFL draft. According to Clark, Tomlin said: "[Richardson] doesn't dish out punishment, deliver punishment, he just absorbs punishment. ... He won't make it in the league."

It's like being in the general presence of and brings the dumb out of some people. I get you don't want to end up selling Chevy's after retirement, but you can do the ESPN thing and still keep your integrity.
