I'm saying it's Shreveport. Not alot of educated black people there. I'm not knocking 50 cent at all. Those that are educated move out the city. The city is dying breh. They shut down 5 schools within the Last 20 yrs.

I know exactly what you mean. It was like like that down here when all the studios were filming here. They made a lil bit of an effort to get some people into the industry but the cacs already had a foothold.
