Ryan Tannehill will be a top 5 QB this season!

I said he's playing well today. Key word, today.

Tannehill is NOT playing well today. His defense is playing lights out and he is taking what they give him. I just explained why Tannehill isn't playing well. If a top defense gives a QB the ball in the opponent's RZ 3 times and said QB scores 3 easy TDs with pick plays, that doesn't make the QB good. And if said QB routinely can't covert 3rd downs, can't throw past 10 yards, then he isn't playing well.

You're a little too invested, dude. When I made my post, he was playing well. 15/19, 200 yards and 3 TDs. I don't care about field positioning or defense or anything. He contributed to 3 TDs.

Would I want him on my team? No. But that doesn't change anything.

I'm invested because I'm a Jets fan and I know what I'm talking about. About 63 of his 195 yards before Tannehill was injured from Landry breaking tackles for 71 yards, so technically Tannehill threw for about 132 yards on 20 attempts. That's 6,6 yards per attempt. That's a bottom 10 YPA number. Hence Tannehill isn't playing well at all. His 3 TDs came from his defense literally dragging him into the red zone.

In summary, Tannehill put up bottom 10 pass efficiency numbers today and his TDs are mirages.
