Yes!!! My favorite female artist of all time and my favorite album from her. I got a collection of her live performances on a CD she sold from a tour. She got some hits from other albums too. My mom brought me a T-shirt of her from a concert. I wear it around the crib sometimes.

When I was mentoring young kids I use to tell them to try to balance their music preference. It's ok to listen to rap, but try to listen to some R&B soul or light tempo R&B to smooth our your soul. At first they laughed at me, but then they did it and they said it worked. They didn't feel so angry all the time and they felt more control over their temper. They felt mellowed out.

Her band made their own album in the 90's when she was on a sabbatical.. They have really smoothing, relaxing music too. Instrumentals for the most part but they have a few with Maxwell, Amel Larrieux and a few others.
