How'd he beat Wayne in any way shape or form?
Barter 6 is on Lyor Cohen's 300 Ent/Atlantic. Thugga ain't seeing a dime off this project since he's still under that deal with Gucci. Gucci, Kevin Liles, Lyor and Baby are gonna be in his pockets (in Baby's case, literally in his pockets) for the next decade or until he overdoses. Everyone's eating off Barter 6 except Thug.
If Wayne sues the hell out of him, he'll be paying Wayne the 25 ¢ he does make. He'd have an excellent case too. Promoting that album as Carter 6 for months and then suddenly changing the name is begging for for them law sharks to eat him up like raw food.
People who think he won something are the same people that thought Game somehow beat Jay-Z by pounding on his front door for years, begging him for attention. Same people that though Suge was beating Puff when talked shyt about him and made all those records.
He's gonna end up just like Game & Suge too. Career in the toilet, fighting on TMZ videos, & facing prison sentences while these other cats are doing megadeals
