Sage Steele to anchor 6pm SportsCenter

SC6 didn't even last a year, and now they're practically waiting until Michael Smith and Jemele Hill's contracts expire.

A 6pm SportsCenter will do nothing in the ratings, but ESPN will keep rolling it out there the same way they do these other shows that do nothing but give people a job to do in front and behind the camera. All them shyts will get cut at some point.

If I’m on my way to games I can’t watch 6PM sports center too. The Coli watches way more ESPN than I do. I can’t be too bothered by something I don’t watch. At best I peep SC on the weekend

Again I will ask, what are you gonna do with a 6 o’clock time slot on a news station? Y’all don’t think these things through. If CNN can’t show you the news they don’t serve their main purpose. If ESPN can’t show you Sportscenter then it defeats the purpose of having the channel at all (and if you don’t care for the channel at all, none of this should matter to you)

Breh even E! shows news at 6.

The reason why you’re exhausted by their coverage is twofold

1. You get your coverage from somewhere else or

2. You watch all their other shyt so you’re worn out by the time 6 o’clock comes around. If you watched regular news the way you watch sports coverage you’d be sick of the news too. Some of y’all will watch First Take, NFL Live, NBA The Jump, SN HQ, ATH, OTL and PTI and then by 6 wonder why you’re tired of all the coverage only to watch some more at 11. People who truly care about 6PM Sportscenter don’t watch sports all day. They’re not hardcore like us.
