I was moved. I felt the passion through my comp. She made some good points (especially on that Baltimore mom) but... what exactly is she suggesting they do? Go ahead and become more loud, more violent, rage war, create civil war? IF not, then what? At the end she says get rid of that slave mentality FIRST. An interesting question would be, after that then what?? Furthermore .. What would the majority consider to be A SLAVE MENTALITY as it relates to the current conditions in America?

I feel you. She's concerned about her 'baby', but the barbarous manner in which she went about it was not called for.
I wonder if such a manner of parenting plays a part in the unnecessary violent behavior flourishing the 'black communities'? If we can say people are conditioned by their environments, then I think we can say it does and therefore needs to change.
