Seriously, I hate when people bytch about pro athletes making way more money than teachers. They act like the players are just dikking around out there and completely ignore how much work and dedication and pain it takes to be one

Athletes get paid as much as they do because of the marketing potential that comes with their celebrity or brand; not because of how important their role in society is or how soul crushingly laborious their jobs are. Teachers salary sounds like a problem best addressed by the state or local government and dare I say unions

The two are points that make no sense placed together but individually yes. If you paid teachers more then the assumption is they would work harder to teach kids, implying smarter kids. While if we paid mumble rappers less then these kids wouldn’t be so gung ho to rush into this rap genre and continue to push out garbage. Pretty simple. We all know what was meant. Fake tweet or not.
