San Francisco is now almost $1000 more a month rent than NYC when San Francisco took over the #1 spot it was at least close the past few years.. now its not even close

5 of the top 10 high rent are in California

$3700 a month for 1 bed room

I live 45 minutes from San Francisco and my rent is still $2000 a month San Diego looking lovely at that price

need that real estate reset ASAP

thats the cheap outskirt San Francisco 1 bed room as well or living on the bottom of someone multi level house

downtown San Francisco 1 bed room rent average is like $5000-7000

$80k a year on rent for 800 square feet
