Brehs, that's a horrible edit job. I saw cars on that footage disappear like they do on GTA V. and if I'm not tripping there was a loop of the same cars going down the street but the audio was different.

Just pay attention around the 32:40 mark and count how many times the same cars pass by.

This is the most unedited video of the edited videos though. I agree with everything else.

All the cop had to do was just rip the ticket )that he had already written) out of the booklet; hand it to Ms Bland and everyone could have gone on their way.
Getting all out of pocket because you feel your authority has been disrespected is a sign that maybe you shouldn't be a cop.
