Say brehs, explain what I saw in the sky on Friday.

I went to visit a friend near the central part of Virginia Friday night. The place is a suburban country type area with no public transportation. I was heading home around 1AM and I walk out the front door and these orange orbs are appearing out of nowhere. Pulled my iphone and started filming.

This is how they look like to the naked eye:

This happened last year around the same area.

I wouldn't rule out ufo's, it could experimental military technology for weapons or transportation, whatever it is these situations only seem to occur in rural country areas
