SOHH I been contracting at a major corp for the last 2 years, they wanna go ahead and make me an official employee really just to cut their own costs because they are paying the contracting company a grip...
Catch is, there may be a significant pay cut in play, something in the ball park of lets say 5 bucks less an HR, in return of course you get all your corp perks such as vacation time, benefits, stability etc...
